Job summary

Schweitzer, operated by Alterra, is seeking seasonal ticket-checking staff to monitor RFID gate verification of day tickets and season passes. You will supervise breaks for ticket checkers and act as a village ambassador for the Lift Operations department.

The role requires standing outdoors in all weather, basic computer use, and the ability to lift 50+ pounds. Prior winter resort and supervisory experience are preferred.

Qualifications

• English reading, writing and communication skills required.
• Basic math skills required.
• Prior winter resort experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Monitors validity of day tickets and season passes.
• Limits fraudulent acts through RFID gates.
• Supervises and provides breaks for all ticket checkers.
• Acts as village ambassador for Lift Operations.
