Alexandria City Public Schools is seeking a Casual - Testing Proctor to assist with large-scale, state and nationally standardized online testing. This seasonal role reports to the Lead Testing Coordinator at Alexandria City High School, with duties centered on preparing exams, verifying student identities, and maintaining secure testing environments.

Responsibilities include attending proctor training, administering exams via online platforms, and reporting any testing irregularities.

Qualifications

• Associate degree or 48 college credits; Bachelor's/Master's preferred.
• Experience in test administration/proctoring.
• Experience in high-traffic customer service and working with speakers of varying English proficiency.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive documents.

Responsabilités

• Attend proctor training sessions before assignments.
• Complete training virtually when possible.
• Prepare test tickets and materials for testing.
• Verify identifications and provide testing tickets in a secure environment.
• Monitor exams and report irregularities per guidelines.
• Administer exams according to district, state, and national guidelines.
