Brown & Brown, Inc is seeking a Seasonal Technical Assistant to join our team from September through December. The role supports Team Leader and Producers in servicing new and existing accounts to meet agency sales goals and service standards during the season.
You will develop knowledge of EPIC and AHIP, handle client requests, renewals, and new quotes, and use carrier rating systems. This temporary position requires flexibility for overtime and weekend hours.

Brown & Brown is seeking a Seasonal Technical Assistant to join our growing team!
The Seasonal Technical Assistant will work closely with Team Leader and Producers to service new and existing accounts to achieve Agency sales goals and service standards during season (Sep-Dec).
Develop full working knowledge of the API team procedures, including but not limited to EPIC (agency management system) and AHIP (quoting tool).
Handle client requests for information, cancellations and other services as required.
Full responsibility for renewal of current book of business, as well as assisting with new business quotes.
Be proficient in available carrier rating systems were provided for Agency use.
Develop a good working knowledge of company underwriting philosophies and appetites.
Review policies prepared by our carriers for accuracy and completeness.
Assist in the compilation and preparation of data.
Keep Team Leader informed of any service problems.
Utilize agency automation with a high level of knowledge and proficiency.
Follow procedures established by management.
Work overtime, including but not limited to weekends and holidays during season.
Office Experience.
High School Degree.
Preferred Microsoft office suite products.
