Job summary

Best Buy Pittsburgh is seeking a Part-time Seasonal Retail Sales Associate to be the face of our stores, helping customers select the right tech. You’ll train with the skills to confidently recommend products and services that meet each person’s needs.

You will greet customers, perform product demos, handle cashier duties, keep the floor stocked, and assist with in-store and curbside pickup. Flexible schedule including holidays, nights and weekends is required.

Qualifications

• 3 months of experience working in retail or another fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including holidays, nights and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Welcome and engage with customers in a warm, friendly manner
• Perform product demos, answer questions and make recommendations that meet customers' needs across all departments
• Complete cashier duties for purchases, returns and exchanges
• Maintain appropriate knowledge and expertise through ongoing learning and development
• Help keep the sales floor clean and well stocked
• Assist with in-store pickup and curbside pickup orders
