Job summary

Best Buy Burlington is looking for a part-time Seasonal Retail Sales Associate to be the face of our store, helping customers select tech products and services that fit their needs. You will perform product demos, answer questions, and guide purchases while maintaining a helpful, friendly attitude.

You will also handle cashier duties, keep the floor stocked, and support in-store and curbside pickups. This role requires flexibility around holidays, nights, and weekends.

Qualifications

• 3 months of experience working in retail or another fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including holidays, nights and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Welcome and engage with customers in a warm, friendly manner.
• Perform product demos, answer questions and make recommendations that meet customers' needs across all departments.
• Complete cashier duties for purchases, returns and exchanges.
• Maintain appropriate knowledge and expertise through ongoing learning and development.
• Help keep the sales floor clean and well stocked.
• Assist with in-store pickup and curbside pickup orders.
