Best Buy in Dickson City, PA is seeking a part-time Seasonal Retail Sales Associate to be the face of Best Buy for customers. You’ll help select the right tech products and services and confidently recommend solutions to meet individual needs.

If you have a passion for sales or helping people, this role is a strong fit. You will welcome customers, perform product demos, answer questions, and complete purchases, returns, and exchanges.

Qualifications

• 3 months of experience working in retail or another fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including holidays, nights and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Welcome and engage with customers in a warm, friendly manner.
• Perform product demos, answer questions and make recommendations that meet customers’ needs across all departments.
• Complete cashier duties for purchases, returns and exchanges.
• Maintain appropriate knowledge and expertise through ongoing learning and development.
• Help keep the sales floor clean and well stocked.
• Assist with in-store pickup and curbside pickup orders.
