Job summary

Best Buy Martinsburg is hiring a Part Time Seasonal Retail Sales Associate. You will be the face of Best Buy for customers in our store, helping them choose tech, perform product demos and provide friendly, knowledgeable service.

This role requires a flexible schedule including holidays, nights and weekends. Training will build product knowledge, enable curbside and in-store pickup, and help you grow with the team in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 3 months of experience in retail or similar fast-paced environment.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including holidays, nights and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Welcome and engage with customers in a warm, friendly manner.
• Demonstrate products, answer questions and make recommendations that meet customers' needs across all departments.
• Complete cashier duties for purchases, returns and exchanges.
• Maintain knowledge and expertise through ongoing learning and development.
• Help keep the sales floor clean and well stocked.
• Assist with in-store pickup and curbside pickup orders.
