Our Team Members are the secret ingredient in our bakery. Their personalities set us apart from the competition. Oh, and our bagels — let's not forget about those!

A day in the life of a Team Member

Our Team Members ensure every guest feels welcomed from the minute they walk in. We seek true brand ambassadors excited to promote the company by creating a positive guest experience. Our teams take pride in providing excellent guest service by ensuring the quality of the food and beverages we serve and by maintaining a safe and clean store environment. What are we looking for?

• Must be at least 16 years old
• Ability to work varied hours/days, including early mornings (as early as 3am depending on the location) and weekends
• Ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment
• Experience in restaurant, retail, or guest service is a plus but not required
• Work schedules will vary based on operational needs
• Employment contingent on business needs and performance
