The role requires supervising Senior Tax Analysts, Intake Specialists, and volunteers, coordinating with the Drop-Off Manager, and maintaining accurate records and security standards throughout peak filing periods.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Associate or bachelor’s degree preferred in related fields.
• Two years of supervisory or high-volume operations experience preferred.
• IRS VITA/TCE and tax-site leadership experience preferred.
• Ability to obtain IRS certifications required.

Responsibilities

• Open, organize, and close the site per checklists and IRS requirements.
• Direct daily workflow for appointments, intake, and returns.
• Ensure staffing coverage and allocate workstations.
• Monitor wait times and client flow to prevent delays.
• Maintain a welcoming, professional environment for clients and staff.
• Submit accurate daily production and attendance reports.
