Qualifications

• Answer incoming calls and chat messages promptly and professionally.
• Provide accurate information or escalate to appropriate departments.
• Print, mail, and email bills, receipts, and documents.
• Explain tax bills, assessments, and refunds.
• Research government programs to assist residents.
• Navigate government systems to update resident information.
• Escalate inquiries to supervisors when needed.
• Guide residents on accessing online services and completing forms.
• Share policy and system updates with team.
