Preferred candidates hold a Bachelor's in accounting, CPA/EA certification, and have 5+ years in accounting or tax, with experience in virtual interviews and tax planning. This role is franchise-based and seasonal.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting or related field required.
• Experience with individual, trust, partnership returns preferred.
• 5+ years in accounting, finance, bookkeeping or tax.

Responsibilities

• Conduct tax interviews with clients using face-to-face or virtual tools.
• Prepare complete and accurate tax returns.
• Generate business growth and client retention; offer additional products/services.
• Provide clients IRS support, including audit representation where certified.
• Mentor and support teammates.
