You will conduct tax interviews face to face and via virtual tools, prepare complete tax returns, and help grow the business by increasing client retention and offering additional services. Training and IRS support are included as part of the role.

Qualifications

• Conduct tax interviews with clients face to face and through virtual tools - video, phone, chat, email
• Prepare complete and accurate tax returns
• Generate business growth, increase client retention, and offer additional products and services
• Provide clients with IRS support (includes audit representation for certain certifications)
