As a seasonal position, you will contribute to delivering IRS-supported tax services and mentoring teammates, while meeting continuing education requirements and state regulations.

Qualifications

• Conduct tax interviews with clients face to face and via virtual tools.
• Prepare complete and accurate individual tax returns.
• Generate business growth and client retention, upsell services.
• Provide clients with IRS support.
• Mentor and support teammates.
• All certification levels may provide tax notice services.
• Circular 230 associates can provide audit representation.
• Experience with individual returns.
• Must complete continuing education and meet IRS/state requirements.

Responsibilities

• Conduct client interviews and gather tax information.
