H&R Block, Inc. is seeking a seasonal, experienced Tax Professional to serve clients with diverse tax needs and support from a dedicated expert team. You will receive advanced tax training to be successful and help grow client relationships each year.

Candidates should have a strong background in accounting or tax, CPA/EA credentials, and experience completing complex returns, with comfort using virtual interview tools and providing IRS support.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting or related field
• CPA or EA certification
• Experience completing complex returns (individual, trust, partnership)
• 5+ years of experience in accounting, finance, bookkeeping or tax
• Experience conducting virtual tax interviews
• Experience with tax planning and audit support
• Sales and/or marketing experience

Responsibilities

• Conduct tax interviews with clients face to face and through virtual tools – video, phone, chat, email
• Prepare complete and accurate tax returns
• Generate business growth, increase client retention, and offer additional products and services
• Provide clients with IRS support<ul>All certification levels can provide tax notice services</ul>
