H&R Block, Inc. is seeking a seasonal, experienced Tax Professional to help clients with diverse tax needs and to deliver advanced tax training and support from a dedicated team.

You will conduct tax interviews in person and via virtual tools, prepare complete returns, grow client relationships, and assist with IRS notice responses. This franchise office operates with the H&R Block framework and values accuracy and service.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in accounting or related field required.
• CPA or Enrolled Agent certification preferred.
• Experience completing complex returns (individual, trust, partnership).
• 5+ years in accounting, finance, bookkeeping or tax.
• Experience with virtual tax interviews and tax planning.
• Sales and/or marketing experience beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Conduct tax interviews with clients face to face and through virtual tools.
• Prepare complete and accurate tax returns.
• Generate business growth, increase client retention, and offer additional products and services.
• Provide clients with IRS support, including audit representation where applicable.
• Mentor and support teammates.
