Qualifications

• Must complete the H&R Block Tax Knowledge Assessment.
• 1 year of experience in tax prep, accounting, finance, or bookkeeping.
• Experience in a client-facing, consultative, or advisory role.
• Excellent verbal and written communication, able to explain tax concepts simply.
• Must meet IRS and state requirements and have HS diploma or equivalent.
