Qualifications

• Completed H&R Block Tax Knowledge Assessment.
• At least 1 year of tax prep or related experience.
• Experience in a client-facing advisory role.
• Strong communication to explain tax concepts clearly.
• Must fulfill continuing education and IRS/state requirements.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.

Responsibilities

• Prepare complete, accurate tax returns for individuals and businesses.
• Conduct client interviews to understand financial situations and tax implications and provide recommendations.
• Build trusted client relationships and identify tax savings opportunities.
• Provide IRS support, tax notice assistance, and audit guidance.
• Collaborate with team to maintain a positive, client-focused office environment.
