• Completion of the H&R Block Tax Knowledge Assessment
• Minimum 1 year of tax prep/related experience including individual and business returns
• Experience in a client-facing, consultative, or advisory role
• Must complete continuing education and meet IRS/state requirements
• High school diploma or equivalent required
