Competenze

• Completion of the H&R Block Tax Knowledge Assessment
• Minimum 1 year of tax preparation, accounting, finance, or bookkeeping experience
• Experience in a client-facing, consultative, or advisory role
• Strong verbal and written communication, able to explain tax concepts clearly
• Must complete continuing education and meet IRS/state requirements
• High school diploma / GED / equivalent
