H&R Block is seeking a seasonal Experienced Tax Professional to help clients navigate complex tax situations with confidence. You will prepare accurate returns, interview clients, and identify savings opportunities while leveraging industry-leading training and technology.

Qualifications

• Successful completion of the HR Block Tax Knowledge Assessment 1.
• Minimum 1 year of tax preparation experience.
• Experience in a client-facing, consultative role.
• Must complete continuing education and meet IRS/state requirements.

Responsibilities

• Prepare complete, accurate tax returns for clients with diverse and complex tax situations.
• Conduct client interviews to understand financials and provide recommendations.
• Build trusted client relationships and identify tax savings opportunities.
• Provide IRS support, tax notice assistance, and audit guidance.
• Collaborate with team and maintain a client-focused office environment.
