H&R Block is seeking a seasonal, experienced Tax Professional to serve clients with diverse tax needs and support from a dedicated team. You’ll complete interviews, prepare returns, and help grow client relationships through additional services.

Ideal candidates have a Bachelor's in accounting or related field, CPA or EA certification, and 5+ years in accounting, finance, bookkeeping or tax. Experience with virtual tax interviews and strong IRS compliance is preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in accounting or related field.
• CPA or Enrolled Agent certification.
• Experience completing complex returns (individual, trust, partnership).
• 5+ years of experience in accounting, finance, bookkeeping or tax.
• Experience conducting virtual tax interviews.
• Experience with tax planning and audit support.
• Sales and/or marketing experience.

Responsabilités

• Conduct tax interviews with clients face to face and through virtual tools – video, phone, chat, email
• Prepare complete and accurate tax returns
• Generate business growth, increase client retention, and offer additional products and services
• Provide clients with IRS support
