H&R Block is hiring a seasonal Experienced Tax Professional for an in-person role at a local tax office. You will prepare complete, accurate returns for individuals and businesses, interview clients to understand their financial situations, and offer personalized tax-saving recommendations.

You will work with a supportive team in a client-focused environment and receive training and access to industry-leading technology.

Formación

• High school diploma or equivalent required; continuing education as needed for IRS/state requirements.
• Experience preparing individual and business returns in a client-facing role preferred.
• Strong communication skills to explain tax concepts clearly to clients.

Responsabilidades

• Prepare complete, accurate tax returns for clients with diverse tax situations (individuals and small businesses).
• Conduct in-depth client interviews to understand financials and tax implications; provide recommendations.
• Build trusted relationships by delivering empathetic, consultative service and identifying savings opportunities.
• Provide IRS support and audit guidance as needed; collaborate with the team to maintain a positive office environment.
