H&R Block is seeking an Experienced Tax Professional for a seasonal, in-person role at a local tax office. You’ll prepare returns for individuals and businesses, interview clients to understand their financial situations, and offer personalized tax-saving recommendations while delivering empathetic, consultative service.

You will work with trained tools and training programs, ensuring accuracy and compliance, and contribute to a positive, client-focused office environment throughout the tax

Qualifications

• Requires successful completion of HR Block Tax Knowledge Assessment or equivalent
• Minimum 1 year of tax preparation, accounting, finance, or bookkeeping experience including individual and business returns
• Experience in client-facing, consultative, or advisory roles
• Ability to explain tax concepts in client-friendly language

Responsabilités

• Prepare complete, accurate tax returns for individuals and businesses
• Conduct in-depth client interviews to understand financial situations and tax implications
