H&R Block in Mississippi is seeking a Seasonal Tax Associate to join our client-facing tax team. You’ll meet with clients, gather information, and prepare complete tax returns with training and support from experienced teammates.

You will explain tax concepts clearly, identify savings opportunities, and help clients understand their options. This in-person role offers an hourly pay and opportunities to grow with tax knowledge.

Competenze

• Successful completion of the H&R Block Income Tax Course
• Experience interacting with customers in a service-oriented environment
• Strong communication and ability to explain information clearly
• Comfort using AI tools like Copilot and ChatGPT
• High school diploma or GED
