Ideal candidates hold a CPA or Enrolled Agent certification, with 5+ years in accounting or tax and a strong track record in client service, virtual interviews, and tax planning. This role focuses on delivering accurate returns and expanding client relationships.

Qualifications

• Candidates must have completed tax interviews with clients or be capable of doing so.
• Experience preparing complete and accurate tax returns for individuals, trusts and partnerships.
• Proven ability to generate business growth, increase client retention and offer additional services.
• Must provide IRS support and comply with Circular 230 where applicable.

Responsibilities

• Conduct tax interviews with clients face to face and via virtual tools.
• Prepare complete and accurate tax returns for various entities.
• Generate business growth and boost client retention with additional services.
• Provide clients with IRS support and audit representation where certified.

Skills

5+ years of experience in accounting,

Experience conducting virtual tax

Experience with tax planning and audit

Sales and/or marketing experience

Ability to effectively communicate in

Education

Bachelor’s degree in accounting or related field
