Qualifications

• Conduct tax interviews with clients face to face and through virtual tools – video, phone, chat, email
• Prepare complete and accurate tax returns
• Generate business growth, increase client retention, and offer additional products and services
• Provide clients with IRS support
• Mentor and support teammates

Responsibilities

• Conduct tax interviews with clients face to face and via video, phone, chat or email.
• Prepare complete and accurate tax returns for individuals, trusts, and partnerships.
• Identify opportunities to expand client services and grow the office client base.
• Support clients during IRS notices and audits as needed.
• Mentor fellow staff to ensure high-quality tax service delivery.
