Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting or related field is preferred.
• CPA or Enrolled Agent certification is preferred.
• Experience completing complex returns is advantageous.
• 5+ years in accounting, finance, bookkeeping or tax.
• Experience with virtual tax interviews is a plus.
• Experience with tax planning and audit support is beneficial.
• Sales or marketing experience is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Conduct tax interviews with clients face-to-face and via virtual tools.
• Prepare complete and accurate tax returns.
• Generate business growth, increase client retention and offer additional products and services.
• Provide clients with IRS support and audit representation where applicable.
• Mentor and support teammates.
