H&R Block is seeking a seasonal Experienced Tax Professional to prepare complete and accurate tax returns for clients with diverse situations, including individuals and businesses. You will conduct in-depth client interviews, provide personalized recommendations, and identify tax savings opportunities while building trusted relationships.

This in-person role offers strong training, competitive hourly pay, and an incentive plan to reward impact as you grow your tax expertise and serve clients.

Qualifications

• Successful completion of the H&R Block Tax Knowledge Assessment
• Minimum 1 year of experience in tax preparation, accounting, finance, or bookkeeping
• Experience in a client-facing, consultative, or advisory role
• Strong verbal and written communication skills, including explaining tax concepts clearly
• Must complete continuing education and meet IRS/state requirements
• High school diploma or GED required
