H&R Block is seeking a seasonal Experienced Tax Professional to prepare complete tax returns for clients, including individuals and businesses, and to deliver personalized, consultative service in person at a local tax office.

You will interview clients to understand their financial situations, explain tax concepts clearly, and identify opportunities to maximize savings while upholding H&R Block standards and compliance. This role emphasizes client relationships and tax expertise.

Formación

• Minimum 1 year of tax preparation experience including individual and business returns.
• Successful completion of the H&R Block Tax Knowledge Assessment
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Experience in a client-facing advisory role and ability to explain tax concepts clearly.

Responsabilidades

• Prepare complete, accurate tax returns for clients with complex situations.
• Conduct client interviews to understand financial life changes and tax implications.
• Identify tax savings opportunities and cross-sell relevant H&R Block products.
