Qualifications

• Successful completion of the H&R Block Tax Knowledge Assessment.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in tax prep, accounting, finance, or bookkeeping, including individual and business returns.
• Experience in a client-facing, consultative, or advisory role.
• Must complete continuing education and meet IRS/state requirements.
• High school diploma or GED or equivalent required.
