Qualifications

• Successful completion of the H&R Block Tax Knowledge Assessment is required.
• Minimum 1 year of tax preparation, accounting, or bookkeeping experience.
• Experience in a client-facing, consultative role.
• Strong verbal and written communication; ability to explain tax concepts clearly.
• Must meet IRS/state continuing education requirements.
