Job summary

H&R Block is seeking seasonal, experienced Tax Professionals to serve clients with diverse tax needs. You’ll deliver advanced tax training and support a team of experts to ensure client satisfaction and accurate returns.

You’ll conduct interviews, prepare returns, and help clients with IRS notices while seeking opportunities to grow the business and retain clients through excellent service.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated knowledge of tax preparation and planning.
• Experience interviewing clients and collecting tax information.
• Ability to mentor and support teammates in a fast-paced setting.

Responsibilities

• Conduct tax interviews with clients face to face and through virtual tools — video, phone, chat, email.
• Prepare complete and accurate tax returns.
• Generate business growth, increase client retention, and offer additional products and services.
• Provide clients with IRS support, including notices and audit representations.
• Mentor and support teammates.
