H&R Block is seeking a seasonal, experienced Tax Professional to serve clients with diverse tax needs under the guidance of an expert team. You’ll deliver advanced tax training and support to help clients make confident, informed decisions about their lives, careers, and money.

Preferred qualifications include a bachelor’s degree in accounting, CPA or Enrolled Agent certification, and 5+ years of experience in accounting, finance, bookkeeping or tax.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting or related field required.
• CPA or Enrolled Agent certification preferred.
• Experience completing complex tax returns for individuals, trusts and partnerships.

Responsibilities

• Conduct tax interviews with clients face-to-face and virtually.
• Prepare complete and accurate tax returns.
• Generate business growth and increase client retention.
• Provide clients with IRS support and audit representation guidance.
