Job summary

H&R Block is seeking a seasonal Experienced Tax Professional to prepare complete, accurate tax returns for clients with complex situations. You will conduct in-depth client interviews and provide clear, personalized recommendations to uncover savings opportunities and support clients through IRS notices.

Qualifications

• 1 year of experience in tax preparation, accounting, finance, or bookkeeping, including individual and business returns
• Must meet IRS and state requirements
• High school diploma or GED required

Responsibilities

• Prepare complete, accurate tax returns for clients with diverse and complex tax situations
• Conduct client interviews to understand financials and tax implications
• Provide tax savings recommendations and explain concepts clearly
