H&R Block is seeking a seasonal Experienced Tax Professional to help clients navigate complex tax situations and prepare accurate returns.

In-person role at a local H&R Block office, with training and technology support. You'll interview clients, provide recommendations, and build lasting relationships while delivering empathetic, consultative service and identifying tax savings opportunities.

Qualifications

• 1 year of tax preparation/related experience required.
• Experience in client-facing advisory roles preferred.
• Strong communication skills and ability to explain tax concepts clearly.
• Must meet IRS/state continuing education requirements.

Responsibilities

• Prepare complete accurate tax returns for individuals and businesses.
• Conduct in-depth client interviews to assess financial situations and tax implications.
• Provide personalized recommendations and identify tax savings opportunities.
• Offer IRS support, notices, and audit guidance to clients as needed.
• Collaborate with the team to maintain a positive client-focused office.
