Qualifications

• Must complete continuing education and meet IRS/state requirements.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in tax preparation or related fields.
• Experience in client-facing or advisory role.
• Strong verbal and written communication; explain tax concepts clearly.
• Enrolled in IRS or state requirements.
• Background in individual and business returns.

Responsibilities

• Prepare complete, accurate tax returns for clients including business returns.
• Conduct in-depth client interviews to assess tax situations.
• Build trusted client relationships and identify tax savings.
• Provide IRS support, notices, and audit guidance.
• Collaborate with team and maintain client-focused office.
