Qualifications

• Completion of H&R Block Tax Knowledge Assessment.
• Minimum 1 year of tax prep experience (individual and business returns).
• Experience in client-facing, advisory roles.
• Strong verbal and written communication; explain tax concepts clearly.
• Maintain continuing education and meet IRS/state requirements.
• High school diploma or GED required.

Responsibilities

• Prepare complete, accurate tax returns for clients with diverse and complex tax situations.
• Conduct in-depth client interviews to understand financial situations and tax implications.
• Provide personalized recommendations and identify tax savings opportunities.
