Job summary

Qualifications

• 1 year of experience in tax preparation, accounting, finance, or bookkeeping, including individual and business returns.

• Must complete continuing education and meet IRS/state requirements.
• High school diploma or GED required.

Responsibilities

• Prepare complete, accurate tax returns for clients with diverse and complex situations (individuals and businesses).
• Conduct in-depth client interviews to understand finances and implications, then provide clear recommendations.
• Build trusted relationships by delivering empathetic service and identifying tax savings opportunities.
• Provide IRS support, tax notice assistance, and audit guidance as needed.
• Collaborate with team members and contribute to a positive, client-focused office environment.
