H&R Block, Inc. is seeking a seasonal Experienced Tax Professional to assist clients with complex tax situations in a local tax office. You will prepare accurate returns and uncover savings opportunities while delivering empathetic, consultative service.

The role requires 1+ year of tax-related experience, strong communication, and the ability to explain tax concepts clearly. In-office position with opportunities for growth and continued training.

Formación

• Minimum 1 year of experience in tax preparation, accounting, finance, or bookkeeping, including preparing individual and business returns.
• Experience in a client-facing, consultative, or advisory role.
• Strong verbal and written communication, ability to explain tax concepts clearly.
• Must complete continuing education and meet IRS/state requirements.
• High school diploma or GED required.

Responsabilidades

• Prepare complete, accurate tax returns for clients with diverse and complex tax situations.
• Conduct in-depth client interviews to understand financial situations and tax implications.
• Provide personalized recommendations and identify tax savings opportunities.
• Provide IRS support, tax notice assistance, and audit guidance as needed.
• Collaborate with team and contribute to a positive client-focused office environment.
