Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of tax preparation experience including individual/business returns
• Experience in client-facing, consultative roles
• Must meet IRS/state requirements and complete required education

Responsibilities

• Prepare complete, accurate tax returns for clients with diverse and complex tax situations
• Conduct in-depth client interviews to understand financial situations and tax implications
• Build trusted client relationships and identify tax savings opportunities and product offerings
• Provide IRS support, notices, and audit guidance as needed
• Collaborate with team members to maintain a positive, client-focused office environment
