H&R Block is seeking a seasonal Experienced Tax Professional to prepare complete and accurate tax returns and conduct client interviews to understand financial situations and tax implications.

You will build trusted client relationships by delivering empathetic, consultative service and identifying tax savings opportunities while using industry-leading training and technology. This in-person role at a local H&R Block tax office offers competitive hourly pay and an incentive plan.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of tax preparation experience
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Must complete continuing education and meet IRS/state requirements
• High school diploma or GED required

Responsabilités

• Prepare complete, accurate tax returns for individuals and businesses
• Conduct client interviews to understand financial situations and tax implications
• Provide tax savings recommendations and promote GoSystem/Ultratax tools
• Offer IRS support, tax notices assistance, and audit guidance as needed
• Collaborate with team to maintain a positive client-focused office environment
