Job summary

H&R Block is seeking a seasonal Experienced Tax Professional to prepare accurate returns for individuals and small businesses. You will interview clients to understand financial situations, advise on tax implications, and help identify savings opportunities using industry-leading training and technology.

Qualifications

Successful completion of HR Block Tax Knowledge Assessment.
1 year minimum experience in tax prep, accounting, finance, or bookkeeping including individual/business returns.
Experience in client-facing, consultative, or advisory roles.
Strong verbal and written communication; explain tax concepts clearly.
Must complete continuing education and meet IRS/state requirements.
High school diploma or equivalent required.
