Job summary

You will prepare returns for clients with complex situations, interview clients to understand their finances, and provide personalized tax savings recommendations while maintaining strong client relationships. You will also assist with IRS notices and audits as needed, collaborating with a team to ensure accurate filings and high client satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Must have completed the H&R Block Tax Knowledge Assessment
• Minimum 1 year of experience in tax preparation, accounting, finance, or bookkeeping
• Experience in a client-facing, consultative, or advisory role
• Strong verbal and written communication, able to explain tax concepts clearly
• Must complete continuing education and meet IRS/state requirements
• High school diploma or equivalent required

Responsibilities
