Qualifications

• Completion of H&R Block Tax Knowledge Assessment 1.
• 1+ year of experience in tax preparation or related fields.
• Experience in client-facing advisory roles.
• Strong verbal and written communication; explain tax concepts clearly.
• Must meet IRS/state requirements and education credentials.
• High school diploma or GED required.

Responsabilités

• Prepare complete, accurate tax returns for clients with diverse situations.
• Conduct in-depth client interviews to understand finances and implications.
• Build trusted client relationships and identify tax savings opportunities.
