Qualifications

• Successful completion of the H&R Block Tax Knowledge Assessment
• Minimum 1 year of experience in tax preparation or related field
• Experience in a client-facing, consultative, or advisory role
• Strong verbal and written communication; explain tax concepts clearly
• Must meet IRS/state continuing education requirements and have a high school diploma
