H&R Block, Inc. is seeking a seasonal Experienced Tax Professional to prepare complete, accurate tax returns for individuals and businesses in a local Ohio office. You’ll interview clients, identify tax savings, and deliver consultative service to build lasting relationships.

Qualifications

• Must have strong verbal and written communication skills and explain tax concepts clearly.
• At least 1 year of tax preparation, accounting, finance, or bookkeeping experience.
• Completion of required IRS/state qualifications and continuing education.

Responsibilities

• Prepare complete, accurate tax returns for individuals and businesses.
• Conduct in-depth client interviews to understand financial situations and tax implications.
• Provide tax savings recommendations and products to clients.
• Offer IRS support, tax notice assistance, and audit guidance as needed.
• Collaborate with team to maintain a positive client-focused office.
