Qualifications

• Successful completion of the H&R Block Tax Knowledge Assessment
• Minimum 1 year of experience in tax preparation or related field
• Experience in a client-facing advisory role and ability to explain tax concepts clearly

Responsibilities

• Prepare complete, accurate tax returns for individuals and businesses
• Conduct in-depth client interviews to understand financial situations and tax implications
• Identify tax savings opportunities and recommend relevant H&R Block products
• Provide IRS support, notices, and audit guidance as needed
• Collaborate with team members to maintain a positive client-focused environment
