Job summary

You will build trusted client relationships, ensure compliance with IRS/state rules, and collaborate with teammates to deliver empathetic, consultative service in a local, in-office setting.

Qualifications

• Completion of H&R Block Tax Knowledge Assessment.
• At least 1 year of tax prep/accounting/finance experience.
• Experience in client-facing advisory roles.
• Clear communication of tax concepts to clients.
• Must meet continuing education and IRS/state requirements.
• High school diploma or equivalent is required.

Responsibilities
