You will prepare accurate tax returns for individuals and businesses, conduct in-depth client interviews, and provide clear, personalized tax-saving recommendations using leading training and technology.

This role offers an hourly pay rate and performance incentives, with in-person work at a local office.

Qualifications

• Completed H&R Block Tax Knowledge Assessment or equivalent
• Minimum 1 year of experience in tax preparation or related fields
• Experience in client-facing, consultative, or advisory role
• Strong verbal and written communication, able to explain tax concepts clearly
• Must meet IRS and state continuing education requirements
• High school diploma or GED or equivalent required

Responsabilités

• Prepare complete, accurate tax returns for clients with diverse and complex situations
• Conduct in-depth client interviews to understand financial situations and tax implications
• Provide personalized recommendations and identify tax savings opportunities
• Offer IRS support, tax notice assistance, and audit guidance as needed
• Collaborate with team members and maintain a client-focused environment
