H&R Block, Inc. is seeking a seasonal Tax Professional to serve clients with diverse tax needs in a fast-paced environment. You will leverage virtual tools to interview clients, prepare returns, and provide IRS guidance while growing client relationships and sales opportunities.

This role requires a Bachelor’s in accounting or related field, CPA or EA certification, and experience with individual returns. Training and a collaborative team are provided for success in a dynamic office setting.

Qualifications

• Conduct tax interviews with clients face to face and through virtual tools – video, phone, chat, email
• Prepare complete and accurate tax returns
• Generate business growth, increase client retention, and offer additional products and services
• Provide clients with IRS support
• Mentor and support teammates
• Complete continuing education requirement and meet all other IRS and applicable state requirements
• Experience completing individual returns
• Experience with virtual tools – video, phone and chat
